Not bike related but can you help please. Got a request for a dash cam, but which to get!!!!!.
Not looking to make videos, just the option in case anything happens. So good but simple. Ta

If for car use I believe nextbase had several models with good reviews in a which magazine test.


I would look for one with both front and rear views - for rear end shunts

Last time I was looking, Halfords were offering free fitting on the next base camera which made it good value if you had to buy the additional long leads and fitting kit........and a bit of comeback as well if not right.....

Thanks, it might well be nextbase from Halfords.........its £45.00 fitting, card and pouch and wiring kit as apposed to £75.00 if bought separate, so free fitting could be interpreted.

Yes, you are quite right, it wasn't strictly "free fitting" but still cheaper than just buying the components from Maplins. +comeback.
Maybe santa will smile at me this year...
