On the left hand user menu you will see a submit an article link A page will appear that allows you to create your article for submission for inclusion on the website, formatting is possible however, please submit the basic text with a basic layout as a minimum and we can format the article to suit. When you have completed the article and filled out the titles etc, press submit and your article will be sent to the website administrator who will tidy up the formatting and publish the article in the appropriate section. ( please give an indication of your prefered section at the foot of the article)
