Why Join a TRF Group? |
|
| |
As a member of the TRF you become a member of a National Organisation which represents you in a great many ways, however, what is happening in your local area is what affects you most.
This is where your local group comes in
Each group runs itself as a 'club' usually holding a meeting once a month. Such meetings will usually take the form of a more formal structured meeting for part of the evening and a social gathering for the remainder.
It is at these 'club nights' that you will meet other riders and arrangements will be made for group ride outs, social events, TRF assistance days and exchanging of routes, experiences etc. Discussions will take place on closed routes and repairs and maintenance issues.
Even if you can't attend the meetings, you can still be very much included in the group and should receive updated information when needed.
