I've been looking at a few Youtube LDT vids - why do some appear to be wearing what appear to be postal bags on one side of them?

Probably the Marshall's they close the route and take the markers down off the byway post's just a bag to put the marks in I guess. Or could be map holders. You get a roadbook to follow. Are you taking part this year Broady?

A few guys I regularly ride with have signed up, 4 out of 6 of us are ldt virgins entered as 2 teams the EGL strokers and essex green laners.

Every vehicle related event I enter I usually come last so that space is reserved for me lol

Yeah Ashford is a bit of a trek home :D

I really felt the CRFL's extra weight on the 'sections' today. Great bike on the lanes, but lose balance on the techincal stuff (more than 30) degrees and she's going over and taking you with her :evil:
