Hi Thew

First place I wuld look is on enduronews.com - have a look under the events section and see whats on near you. Go along and have a look at either Enduro or Hare & Hounds that any local clubs are running.
Then get yourself in there and have a go :D

You can get plenty of tips on here, TBM or MXTrax - Sportman is the beginner class and there are a few clubs that run events aimed at those starting out.

Cheers

Andy

Go for it lads!

Wirral Off Road (WOR) is a great place to start as they do Race Experience Day or (RED) days SEE:

http://www.worevents.co.uk/race_experience.html

On a RED day you get to practice on the track and then there is a 1 hour race instead of the usual 3 hours 8-)

Manchester 17 do two great Enduros, Long Mynd and Brinks

If you see a rider on a ktm 690 enduro with pannier rails and fairing stuck waist deep in a bog try not to crash into him......................

TBEC = Very good :D

Easy format to get to grips with, relatively cheap, friendly atmosphere etc.

Only problem is that to get a result you have to stay behind and help clear the course. it's fair enough, someones gotta do it but you'll be suprised how knackered you are after four hours of racing (or four hours of trying to race in my case ;) ).

Cheers

Richard
