Hi all,

I'm currently trawling the 'net looking for a tidy DT200WR, WR200 or DT230 Lanza but havent found many that are still available.

Does anyone know of one of these grey imports for sale, even better do you have one yourself that you wish to sell?

I'm currently using a DT-R for commuting along side my Tuono but want a bigger trail bike so I can use it for some sensible play time as well. I've already owned both a CRM250 mk1 and a DT200WR in the past so know what I'm after...

Many thanks,

Ben

Guess there's none for sale then

Looked in the classified section on here and there was nothing for sale - is this right or do forum members advertise their bikes for sale elsewhere? :?

Have you tried Enduro News or Pistonheads?

Thanks ;)

Yes I'd ended up there without realising which links I'd followed.

Totally forgot about Pistonheads too!

Need something thats bigger / better quality and preferably has an electric starter (GF) but with the same Yamaha reliabilty of the little 125R.

Decided to give up looking and sell the DT125R instead and buy a car for the remainder of the winter commute.

Sorry to hear that.
I know when I looked for my bike there was nothing around in my price range (which was realistic) for a few weeks (I was preferring a KTM 400/450 or WR450) and you start wondering if there is anything out there.
I reckon a car for winter commuting is far better anyway to be honest.
Hope you get back with us in the new year but you might have to widen your bike choices a bit I suspect.

Hi bikerben,

Check out the TTR250 when you next look for a bike.
Great on the commute to work and great on the trails.
Still much colder than a car over winter though ;)

Cheers,
