I use it in my tubless road tyres, not yet tried it in Knobblies, but there are two types, one for tubed and one for tubless.......the actual difference I dont know

I had them in my 690 Enduro after gettting a nail in my tire...but bike was stolen before I had a chance to say how much good the stuff is.

I've just put it into my 950 Super Enduro but think it would seal a thorne or small nail but not much else...

I bought a new bike with standard inner tubes in and when it was time to change the tyres I thought I would change the inner tubes too.
Bought 6mm heavy duty inner tubes and put slime in.....Sods Law,
Next ride out and at the end of the day I had a flat! (Never had a puncture in the normal ones I took out)
Doh! wished I had not bothered.
Heavy duty tubes must be less prone to pinching or small thorns etc but would not bother with slime again.

looks interesting ive not seen that before, aren't you supposed to put it in the innertube before you get a puncture though?

just a thought with these things but, isn't there a chance they could block your valve if you let some air out?

i always pump the lovely stuff in me tubes but you forget the riders who dont and have a puncture when out ;)

drop of oko/slime in the tube and apply some air and hopefully your on your way again (so long as the tubes not got a massive hole in it your ok) its surely quicker than fixing puncture or replacing tube, also if your clever you could try and slip the bottle in someone else tail pack without them knowing so you dont have to carry it, not that i would do such a thing :D
anything is worth a try once surely :)

I guess whatever you do it's all down to tube care. If your tube punctures (slime or no slime) you've still got to fix it sooner or later. I've never used the stuff but I guess you have to check your tyres more frequently if you do - otherwise how do you know it has punctured? Surely if you have multiple punctures with slime the tube would just get more and more fragile and just completely give up? Or not - I just don't know!
