a better tail bike, certainly...especially if the magic mod to the switch under the clutch lever is done.

I did nearly buy one...

I'll havd a look at some custom upholsters. Theres a few nearby which may do it. This one looks promising

I've seen a few tall seats on ebay but none for a 250L. E.g. heres one for a CRF 250R 2005 but Im assuming the seats between the 250 models arent interchangeable?

Richard tell me about the mod, allows full power in 5&6th doesn't it ?

Lighter and more power, plus better suspension than a CRF 250 L

Hi,
If you disconnect the switch under the clutch lever and and bridge the connection it fools the ecu into thinking that the clutch is engaged and allows you to red line in 4th, 5th & 6th, otherwise restricted. Makes a huge difference for motorway riding allowing another 10mph. Takes 5 mins to do and seconds to swap it out should you wish. This is for the later efi models of course!

Cheers
Si
