Without the visible support of the directors and the continuing lack of perceived progress, this members benefit (arguably worth a hell of a lot more than membership cards and stickers) if lost, will be hugely to the detriment of the overall membership and lead to mass fragmentation.
If you run it down, obviously less people will view it and it disappears without trace due to lack of use.
This used to be a buzzing and thriving place to exchange TRF views, ideas and information........
Hi David
If you look at the previous Group Chairs Newsletter you will see reports on progress on the Forum and you have already been informed the Directors are continuing to invest. I will advise you if that situation changes.
The wider situation of ALL internet users preferring other forms of communication and social media other than forums is largely outside of the TRF's control.
Meanwhile I have received many comments from several individual members over a few years that the main factors of those who are prepared to used the forum - preferring to use it is perceived negativity and forum spats putting them off being regular visitors.
May I suggest to improve this that you email directors@ for a response on any issues that may be perceived as off putting to a many potential forum users ?
