1. Intro. Gray welcomed all and intro’d new member (that night) Stuart Hill fm Madley. Apologies for absence, amongst others, Mark, Dano and Nick D.

2. Herefordshire Hospice Trail (HHT) – update (Tim).

• Updated Action Plan to be issued to all via email.
• Volunteers urgently sought to assist Lead pers with planning and prep of event. Names to either Gray or Tim please.

• Committee meeting Wed 19 Apr, 1930hrs, New Inn, Fownhope. Volunteers also most welcome. Aim to work on admin preps and routes.

3. Ross on Wye to Australia (Ian Fletcher). Inspirational brief given by 21 yr old farm worker Ian Fletcher, who intends riding his Honda XLR250 to Australia – and back again! Highlights of his briefing incl:
• 2 yrs in planning and saving. Self funded. Expect trip last 3 yrs. Budget of £6500. Anticipate £30pd.
• UK > Spain > Alps > Croatia > Russia > the `Stans’ > Japan > Australia.

Just one thought

:o Posting this in the public section has revealed an RV where there could be loads of bike trailers etc whilst we'm out enjoying ourselves. This is where the security of a members only Hereford page comes in FFS

Any sign soon Admin?? :?:
