Assuming my 'new' one is standard, it's as good as it can get for me.
Quick on the road and easy to ride on the lanes.
I certainly wouldn't change what I have as i didn't think there were any areas where it was deficient.

I found the standard gearing ok for most things but felt it a little overgeared for technical and slow going which increased the risk of stalling, I changed the front sprocket for 1 tooth less (14/45) which improved things in slow going and made no noticeable difference on the road, almost the same change to gearing as 15/48 and you can try it for less than £15 plus you shouldn't need a new chain.
