Last 2 pairs I've owned have been alpinestars and they have been comfortable. I was given a pair of nearly new diadora boots and crikey are they painful. I've walked in alpinestars probably 2 or 3 miles when watching at the isle of man after parking up on a green lane. These diadoras are painful to walk a single pace in and still painful when riding in them.

What's comfy in your opinion ?

Cheers Joe.

I do not see how you can get a definitive answer to this question, as all feet differ size shape deformities etc. my feet differ by a full size, as one is completely flat......the other not :?
So it's just a matter of trying different makes till you find one that suits you :D

Agreed, but very narrow fitting, so tight on foot and very very tight at the top [can't be fastened] so Sidi Adventure work for me.

I find ALL boots too narrow, apart from Alpine stars tech 7's...even their Tech 8's are too narrow...I just spent a month buying various boots, and sending them back,I am size 11 (ooh Mrs)...but always have a size bigger boot (US13)...but even some of these were too tight...I ended up getting the Tech7's as I always have only new this time..you put them on, and forget about them....your mileage may vary...

The new tech7's have an unbelievably easy buckle system, and wipe the arse of Forma's from a protection viewpoint....even though I never fall off...like you Gray...

i used to wear forma till i crashed bike and footpeg went into side of boot near ankle, next day went and brought some tech 10 with inner booties, the forma was a comfortable boot to wear straight from the box,the tech boots neeed to be worn in and took an age but are fantastic now
