A few of us from The Cambridge Group are going up to The peaks this weekend so I checked the status of this lane. Sadly it has been confirmed that it "is now a Bridleway status and it came into force on 21 December 2016." They sent me a copy of the order as well, which is too big to attach. Sad state of affairs...it really is a shame that everyone just can have equal rights across these old rights of way...I don't have any local knowledge of the area or the lane in question, just a general observation... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
