Ive trawled the forums looking for information on how to challenge a TRO and got well confused. Theres so much detailed information.

I think that part of the apathy behind trail users not voicing their complaints is down to the fact that there doesn't seem to be a simple idiot proof guide as to how to object and complain. Most of us are not lawyers and have little understand of how local government make their decisions. Indeed most people don't really have the time or inclination to get too involved.

Is there a simple step by step guide, including maybe template letters that can be used to at least start an objection ?

I found similar when looking at info currently available.

Thing is, to challenge TRO's effectively it needs to be done on a case by case basis.

Also the guidance would be changing rapidly as law evolves.

There is a file re TRO's here http://www.trf.org.uk/members-area/docu ... uides.html

I'd say simplest guide is to discuss with local TRF row officer in first instance
