Gorbeck Road, North Yorkshire

IMPORTANT !

A message from Andy Gerrard, our Chairman.

Please note the comments and the importance of a big post bag.

It is especially important that objections come in from local residents with no mention of affiliation to the TRF or whatever.

Please ensure that locals move on this, If they do nothing then what hope have we for the rest of the country.

Andy Gerrard
TRF Chairman

Message from Alan Kind at LARA

Dear Colleague,

YDNPA is plainly dead set on remaking a TRO on Gorbeck Road.
This is now out for formal consultation.

In this case it seems to me that a 'big postbag' would be valuable, particularly as you can be sure that the anti’s, will be scribbling en masse.

It also needs a 'reasoned and detailed submission', and maybe one LARA Member Organisation could do that on behalf of all?

... because you're not logged in as a member and the file is in a members only area.
I'm not sure that there is anything in them that is for members only, however one of them is addressed directly, personally to a member and it would be up to them to make it publicly available.

The personal addressed item is only a public consultation letter. I agree that the personal details and identifying info should be removed but surely the other info contained could be posted up?

Also does no one else have a copy of this letter? Surely more than one person has been consulted?

This info really needs to be in the public domain. How can people make sensible responses without the basic background info?

Cheers

Richard
