Ridiculous how that possibly just,who makes these decisions,this following on from the debacle with Gary Greaves it does seem that justice is thin on the ground for motorcyclists.I thought something was being organised to protest about that travesty.

So when you get done for speeding can you claim the same thing, they can't set such a high standard for driving.
This country is an absolute joke. So a moron can put a ladder against a branch, cut it and fall to the ground and get compensation because its someone else's fault, but minding you own business and being hit by someone crossing on to your side of the road is tuff, or is it once again motorcyclists have no rights.
