Thanks for the entertaining write up, as previous said 14 laps is a fine achievement, looks like a lot of fun......I felt tired looking at the pics !! Dave.

Nice one Richard.
Those tyres are a sod, most of the time you can go over them like they're not there and then for no reason, bam, you're stuck
You certainly looked the part 8-)

Hi there, just got myself a 99 WR250 Husky and like you am hoping to get into H+H events soon. I need to find somewhere like you've got access to (farm), does anyone know any friendly farmers in the North Hampshire area please (I am willing to service livestock in return for 2 hours in a decent field / woods etc) :D

Another option is do Rallies and then Hare and Hounds etc. Rallies are not as technical but still competetive and a bloody good laugh cause you get good long laps riding in places you normally cant.
Just a thought. I like both and both are fun if you let them be. As Richard said though, its more about stamina than skills, especially if you want to finish. Saying that, you'll get tired if you dont ride right but by the sounds of it, most people can control a bike so there you go.
Ha! I did a 2 day Rally 2 weeks after heart surgery after having 6 heart attacks so it aint so bad
