Don't you just hate bike theiving scum  ?

Especially when they rip the door off your garage, damage your car, drag your stuff all over and then nick one of your bikes.

Total wan*ers!

However, they didn't get away with the DRZ (they just dragged it out and dumped it). They did steal my TS125R though (which wasn't on the road so wasn't insured) and manged to do loads of damage in the process.

If only I knew who it was etc, etc

Ohh well, thats life I guess.

Sorry to hear the bad news.

There's every likelyhood that the thieving scrote will fall off the bike and sustain a serious and painfull injury and, with any luck, a permanent disability as well.

Blimey - I only found out about this after I got back from the BMF where we were chatting and got an Internet connection again! I'm gutted for you, because I've been there and I know how you feel

Sorry to hear about the theft of your bike.

I have a Footman James classic bike insurance policy, and try to insure most of my bikes, even the ones that aren't registered.
The policy includes the TZR250 and SL230 which are not technically classic bikes, but are included at a stated value.

They will have left the big bike because it will be kids and a 125 will be as big as they can manage. It will probably get razzed around waste ground or estate within a mile of where it was nicked, could be worth having a look around. they will be local because they must have wandered past your garage when the bike has been on show previously. Vermin!

what has that got to do with it ?

we have a travellers site about 4 miles from us and bike theft is no worse than other areas of the country ,in fact its better than some areas

I stand corrected, They are fine upstanding pillars of society who must manage to pay for their new Shoguns by successfully dealing on the Stock Market or some other, not entirely obvious, source of income

Actually, it was just the title of the thread immediately made me think of pikeys.

Hi,
not sure where we stand legally, accusing people of theft on the basis of their race or cultural identity especially using terms like that, but I'd rather not find out. Lets focus on trail riding legalities rather than race-relations legalities for the purposes of this forum please.
