currently riding a crm 250 Mk2 greenlanes mainly n im bored of it :o looking for something else maybe 4 stroke any ideas / recomendations

Get a big trailie with cr@p tyres. Even the mildest lane will then give you the same physical workout as a gnarly enduro section. And all this without going a shade over 25mph.

In fact get an MT350 and fill the panniers with stones - you'll be well fit after a day's laning!
