big motogp fan.

I don't think rossi can take the title...as much as Id like to see him lift his 10th ..

starting from the back of the grid and fighting his way past the slowest...and then to get past the middle guys...such as crutchlow ....iannone is incredibly strong.

its a tall order even for the great man himself. if Lorenzo clears off rossi must finish 2nd I believe.

with pedrosa on form as he is and marquez with a bee in his bonnet....

whos knows only sunday will tell.

ive watched the incident time and time again.....and I cannot honestly say if rossi kicked out at marc or marc turned into rossi and knocked his front brake.

Honda says the data points to a sharp bad on the lever. its things 1 is the truth.

1 rossi kicked it

2. marc tried to hold the line (which wasn't his line to hold) and leant into rossi

I'm slightly biased, being a big Rossi fan, but I genuinely believe Vale didn't kick Marc....
He was definitely playing with Rossi when the incident occurred, I suppose the full story will come after Sundays race - factory data etc.

My prediction for the race:
Marquez will clear off into the distance, and win the race.
'Something' will happen to Lorenzo
Rossi will be champion on Sunday night.

COME ON ROSSI

I agree

marc had more pace than vale.....as he did in previous round.

he held back to fight with rossi.....and then out of nowhere he took off caught and overtook Lorenzo.

that was obvious to see.

The only way Rossi can win, and what would be the most exciting scenario, is if Lorenzo has a DNF I reckon.
Going back to the last race, Rossi clearly kicked out but he was being wound up by Marquez. The overhead view showed it quite well.

Not sure why Rossi chose to go to war with Marc with his comments about the previous race, which were nonsense given that Marc took 5 points and the win off Lorenzo. Those 5 points could cost Lorenzo the championship. For once, one of Rossi's little mind games has blown up in his face. He really shouldn't have made an enemy out of a very fast rider who until then posed no threat to his championship campaign.

Significantly, Rossi made little progress in closing on the top 3 in the race last week after Marc had fallen...his final place was a fair reflection of his pace on the day.

The Repsol Honda riders are going to be told to go all out for a 1 - 2 in the last race of the year in front of Repsol's home-market crowd, so I don't think any other rider can expect any favours from either of them. Repsol will just tell them not to cause each other to crash.

Rossi's results rarely have any correlation with his place on the grid and I suspect most of the riders starting in front of him will get out of his way...or be kicked out of his way. It's a chance for him to produce an epic ride.

What a result for Yamaha...the world championship will go to one of their two riders and their bikes will get the majority of the camera time when the race is broadcast so the sponsors will be delighted. It really is a win - win for Yamaha even if the race is won by a Honda.
