Lol

May not be far from the truth. I do think marc had the pace to pass Lorenzo.....but at the last minute marc realised pedrosa had the pace to get past....hr snapped back at pedrosa so fast.

I think if pedrosa didn't have the pace marc would have taken Lorenzo as he would still take the title but marc would have the win.

I was a fan, but no more.

A stage managed result, with a lame Champion.

If it was three Brits at the front in the last race on a British track they'd have done exactly the same, there's no way you'd want to be responsible for snatching the World Championship from a compatriot when your not in the running...that would be stupid, you'd destroy your home fan base and forever be known as an idiot who was forced to live in exile.

As much as I wanted Rossi to win the championship, Lorenzo is a worthy champion (he might not have Rossi's charm & charisma), Rossi has to take the blame at the end of the day for his behaviour.

Joined TRF this month and found this thread ...

I was there ... you should have heard the booing from the Spaniards sat between turns 7 and 8 after the race. Lorenzo did his celebration, then cowered over his tank and rode off meekly when he heard the noise. The only rider it was worse for was Marquez. Pedrosa got a cheer almost as loud as that for Rossi.

There were reports that Marquez fans turned their t-shirts inside-out in protest.

The Spanish love their home riders, but on Nov 8th in the section where I sat, they loved Rossi more.

If the new rules and regs close the field down and allow more riders to get into the scrap for a podium.....i think Lorenzo will faulter....he isn't a aggressive racer such as Rossi and Marquez...and even a revitalized pedrosa.

Then you have the likes of iannone,crutchlow,smith...dovi.

Lorenzo is a clawless animal!! Here's to 2016

Really looking forward to 2016, Redding on a bike he gets on with should be good.

I still have no idea why Rossi mouthed off like he did pre Sepang... brought everything on himself.
