Hi all,

this is a long shot I know, but I thought I'd ask anyway...

I am a paramotor pilot from Binley Woods (near Coventry) and I am looking to approach local (ish) land owners for permission to be able to fly from their land. At the moment I travel to a flying club based in Market Harborough which is a bit of a trek each way for a half hour flight so I'm hoping to find somewhere nearer to home (in unrestricted flight space). One of the takeoff sites that my club has use of is on land that the farmer rents out to use as an MX Track and a model aeroplane club & that gave me the idea of contacting land owners of Motorcycle tracks / green lanes directly.

Does anyone know of a list of off-road tracks / green lanes with land owner contact details that I could approach please? Or if you have any ideas for how I could proceed / who to speak to it would be appreciated.

Just go and speak to your local land owners, im sure one or two would be happy to let you in return for the odd bottle at christmas.
