Hey

Has anyone got a ttr250? Quite like them but just looked at specs on mcn and they say only 19bhp and 14ft lb of torque... Not much more than my 125, is this right?

Paddy

With a bit of fettling (changing the silencer, remover restrictor from inside header pipe, wind back throttle stop screw and open up the airbox) you'll have a really good trail bike with plenty of poke.

TTR owners are also a sociable bunch and there is a useful forum here http://ttr250.activeboard.com/

Also lots of information on http://www.ttr250.com/ which may answer your question.

Good luck!

Brian

PS My stepson has a WR125R and it is a cracking bike and does really well on the lanes even with a big bloke like me on it

Cheers for the replys gents, I've read most of the info on the TTR site. Quite like the look of them, have to get hold of one and see if I like the ride.
And yeah the WR125R is a nice capable bike, only down sides are the weight and EFI makes mods verry exspensive.
