I have a Garmin montana 600 with discoverer 50K maps and have been sent several versions of local lanes in RC gpx, RCt gpx, T gpx and VR gpx files but not sure which one or how to use/or put them on the device or Basecamp. Can anyone point me in the right direction or offer some advice on how to use them Thanks |

Try right clicking the file and opening it in basecamp. Once you have it open in basecamp send it to your gps. |

Download basecamp onto your pc and import the gpx files onto there. Then plug your garmin into pc and upload them as tracks to the montana. |

That sounds like Devon overlays. I trust they came direct? From memory for basecamp you want to use t gpx. Basically in base camp create 4 list files. Import each format direct the it's own folder. Some won't open so you can delete them one will be route, some will be tracks. Chose the one you prefer and delete the rest. It's probably a big file to load them all onto the Montana so I'd just use them in basecamp to plan and fire the planned route across to the device. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It's a well sorted set of overlays. I'm sure I chose gpx T for basecamp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
