Get a 30mm slogging spanner, quite compact and you can bash it with a rock if it's a bit tight. You can then throw the rock anyone who says you bought the wrong bike cause it's not a KTM.

Ignore the naysayers 404s are great bikes.

Put a mousse in the tyre and you won't need tyre levers

Hi,
I have bought my second CCM GP450, so pleased with the first and covered 7k in all terrain. CCM offered a good deal to up grade I couldn't refuse. They both have the 30mm rear bolt and I agree it's annoying. I have spoken to them about it but no change yet. I have the motion pro levers same as you and added a 3/8th to 1/2 inch adapter to their insert - (£2:20) then I bought a flat socket (£8) this all now fits into the small Krueger tool kit along with the motion multi tool, this pretty well handles all your basic repairs to any trip. All with some cable ties and basic spares you can travel round the world with no more stuff.

Had this issue with my old 604E, I cut a 30mm ring spanner in half!

And if you want it, it's somewhere in the Brechfa Forest with the rest of my tools in a Kriega US5 bag, never did find it :(
