Hi my name is Martin, I have just registered with trf, as I have just bought a trailey :o , and want to get off road abit. I have been a rider for many many years, and I used to do a bit of enduro in the army. I live in the north west, Clitheroe area and wondered if anybody knows of some good green lanes to ride around where I live. Hope to here from someone soon.

Hi Srad. I only know of one place deffo. trial rides are held there regularly, a place called twobrooks,
its in chipping area near longridge. anyway we must meet up sometime and give the old green lanes a go, I believe you, left a note with punchy, he is a mate of mine, and wants to get his big brute out there.
get back,
wick

thanks for getting back martin, I spent all day trying to find BOAT's which I now believe is the only roads you can ride, you used to be able to ride bridleways but the ramblers have put a stop to that, so after hours looking on Lancashire couty council definative maps I have found a BOAT in Rossendale, I know the area pretty well as I deliver round there so let me know if you fancy a do round there sometime, my email is karlmaxine@ntlworld.com
cheers karl

You can also ride (some) ORPAs these are much more plentiful than BOATS. Ask your region's rep about routes.

Good luck and welcome.
