Any recommendations?

Bars on one of my bikes are too low - so need to raise them

Are bar risers ok, which ones?

Or just get some higher Renthals?

I have got those high bend renthals, bought them for leisure trail. With these risers also which I can highly recommend as being excellent. Get the 30mm height I would much better for standing up

Bar risers change the bike completely, nobody wants to stand up and be hunched over that's horrible, how tall are you?

Yup, I just got some RC ( Ricky Carmichael)high bend fat bars made by JAX metals ?(Taiwan) cheap at £25 but seemed worth a punt... I run these with 30mm risers, as well. I am 6'2 but the risers alone were not doing it... Much better now.
