Mario, the profanity setting may be what has caused this, the quote below is from the link you suggested I try.

OK have reset this but it doesn't explain why it has changed as I have not touched this till today.

Thanks very much, now back to normal

I have to say though, it was a bit DIY although admittedly the information for me to diagnose :ugeek:

the problem was supplied by the management, it appears the problem was caused by the management in the first place

Still no harm done, I'm not been excluded any longer
