Quite often I leave my bike for a few days before I wash it , but I then power wash it and use muck off and when dry I spray everything bar the seat and brake disks with Gt85 ready for next time works ok for me mud comes off ok and bike looks good

I hate leaving my bike dirty overnight, but if/when I do I have to clean it first thing the following day, I have left it longer and it didn't do it any harm, wouldn't want to leave too long though.

Cold, dry and dirty is not too much of a problem but do not put your bike away hot and wet as it will accelerate corrosion. Try and give it a spray of aerosol lube such as WD40 even over the dirt, especially on the chain if you can
