Mick From my experience of being West Yorks Group Rep for a couple of years, the main task is to attend Exec meetings (4 times/year) and report back to Group meetings on anything relevent discussed at the Exec, in addition, the Group Rep should bring to the Exec anything that the Group feels needs to be discussed at the Exec. It doesn't have to be the same person for the whole year - its our intention at WYTRF to 'share' the task of attending Exec's between 2 or 3 people.
