Does anyone know of or about how good or bad these things are. They came out a few years ago & I read that some were touting it as a damn good all rounder.
It is basically a classic (60's) looking DRZ made by CCM with twin shocks, ally tank & close front mudguard. http://www.raptorsandrockets.com/images ... 2-008r.jpg
I have a classic BSA & a DRZ but have sometimes wondered about combining the 2 !
Perhaps the tank is too small? Perhaps the quality of the parts is not up to green laning !?
etc. Gaffaman

Can't see why it wouldn't be up to green laning, look pretty robust to me.

I quite like em but I've never ridden one. I also have a DRZ though so as you'll already know, can't fault the motor.

Why don't you buy one, ride it and then do a road/trail test for the rest of us 8-) I'd also like to know what there really like.

Cheers

Richard

They look the part. I ride a CCM 404 DS, which is more than up to the job.

Don't know if these 'new' CCM's are as good. They're trying to prove their technical expertise on the MX track, with the new bonded frame, if I was doing that, I'd make damn sure the retail bikes were bulletproof.

Cool Retro look! 8-)
Looks like it will need some good rad guards for the trails.
I also have a CCM 404ds and like the bike.
