i jet wash and gt85 my bike every ride
i change the oil and clean the air filter every ride (only takes 1 litre of oil - change oil filter every 2 rides)
grease swingarm pivot
clean, lube and check chain
bleed forks
clean disks and pads
spray grease the footpegs, levers and cables

usually takes me 2 hours to do all that, the cleaning takes the most time

What do we each do to our Pride and Joy before embarking on a days riding?

Fill it with petrol then hope all the mud from the last ride vibrates off on the way to the first trail.

Couldn't agree more!

My bike is cleaned, lubed and ready to go after every ride out. Any issues found are dealt with and then I can get out on the bike anytime I feel like it!!!

I ride a KTM so I check everything is done up tight
Other than that I check:
Filter
chain
split link
brakes and a quick wobble of the wheels for bearings
fuel

Me...
Sanity
tool kit (minimalist, thats why I joined the AA)
Money
Drink
Mars bar

I hate going out on a dirty bike, so the old girl gets a lot of TLC between rides.
