Basically I dont have a clue, but these guys maybe able to help. First two links on sag set-up, the rest are forums which are very much respected. Best of luck. Will keep looking, but other than sag settings, it will depend alot on how you ride and what your riding on. I know its not the same but similar, I was having one hell of a time will my road bike, and just started playing with the adjustments. Firstly it was just in the garage, setting everything to soft, giving it a bounce, then to hard and bouncing again, then preload (out on the road), and you just have to go with gut feel and other peoples experiences, talk to guys even if they dont have the same bike. I spent £70 on a new rear spring couple extra rings of preload on the forks, a tweek of compression and a smidge of rebound, and now it tracks corners better than my ability allows, fell in love with the bike all over again.

Hi there, all sorted now thanks, apart from lowering the forks slightly for quicker steering, tweaked most settings just off standard, the bike came way off. dream to ride now. cheers.
