Eat breakfast at home (or not at all, as is the norm), bike already full of 15l of juice, leave house, pick up first lane 2 mile later. Ride for 3-4 hours, stop at garage for chicken and mushroom slice or pie and a costa and star bar for pudding, Maybe Splash 5l of fuel in, usually max 30 mins stop and ride on for another 3-4hours, and back home. Possibly another star bar and coffee depending on the afternoons riding or if I'm staying out for a few more hours. Sod stopping for mid morning coffee, pub lunch, etc, there's lanes to ride! We treat it as a good day out in it's entirety and I would have thought riding for 4 hours with no breakfast or maybe even drink a tad hazardous. Keep the hydration going. Life without breakfast is no life at all. |

No issues, I carry one, but I wouldn't use it to recover me if I had a puncture 10. mins into a ride! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Blimey that's a revelation after one of your previous posts....... smokinrider I find that policies that do the "tow to the nearest garage" aren't worth the paper they're written on. I wanna get home and fix it myself not have some meat head relive me of my hard earned cash only not to be able to fix it and I'm still 100 miles from home. All tongue in cheek from me of course |

I wouldn't. But I don't think a puncture outfit will fix a snapped handlebar Maybe the TRF will come and pick you up if you flash a current membership card. |
