With respect do n't get too hung up about the level of the fluid as so many other factors will affect the way that the bike will handle. If the forks have been changed to another model then the geometry of the bike will have been altered too
Just put in the 'correct' amount as for the CRF forks and see how the bike feels to you, remember that the manufacturer's specification for fork oil level and viscosity is in reality only a guide to suit 'Mr & Mrs Average'. Unless you are competing at the highest level I would suggest that it is unlikely that 10cc either way would make much difference to the safety or reliability.
