Fitted these to my 200 recently.

Used for a trip to France and some local laning.

Very impressed. They are easy to fit for anyone that's well practised with tyre changes. Much easier to fit than a Mousse.

Noticeable difference in weight compared to tubes (I usually run Michelin UHD's).

You also lose the rimlock so they are a vast improvement on the road.

Unfortunately they're not suitable for the wider (1.85 and 2.50) rims on the 690.

I tried them with a trials tyre fitted to rear of the 200 and ran it on 6psi without problem. Grip was very good.

Worth watching the fitting video's on youtube. The tyres are inflated with a needle valve that pases through tyre - put this throught the tread, preffarably through a knobble and at an angle. The hole is sealed on removal of valve by tyre slime.

I've lost no air from the tyre that I inflated to 14 psi 2 weeks ago.

Good bit of kit 8-)

Cheaper than a pinch puncture wrecking an enduro you paid £50 to enter ;)

Also worth considering cost and inconvenience of pinch puncture on an overseas trip.
