Oh that the police could show a fraction of the enthusiasm for sorting out these issues that they do for (sometimes imagined) issues of 'illegal' riding.

Obstructing the highway, dumping of animal carcasses, threatening behaviour etc are all criminal matters.

Being 'caught' topping up a muddy motorcycle in a filling station is not.

But, guess which one attracts the attention?
