This clip has been posted on Facebook as an excellent example of how we all can share Green Lanes (it is the norm in my experience).

Anyone recognise the lane and / or the riders?

Nice one.
With me as tail gunner, she would probably have caught me up at that speed.

And at least one of us would have fallen off in the gulley.

Some might say galloping a horse along what looks like a fairly busy lane is a tad irresponsible.

You can bet your ass she wouldn't be able to stop that in time if a dozen girl guides were hiking round the corner.

I have to agree, although between trees, videos can sometimes make things seem faster than they are.
There is a fair old sense of movement though.

I don't see a problem, she was following the tail end bike at a safe distance at a similar speed to the bike, if it stopped so could she.
She is obviously not the only one on their high horse

Nothing wrong with opening up a horse every now and again, good to see....do the front hoofs come off the ground on acceleration ? Or is it more like 4 wheel drive..?

I always allow the horse rider to make the decision as to us stopping or riding past, all horses have different attitudes to bikes and the rider should no best.

I reckon that was a 4 stroke 1HP and started off in 2nd gear.......

Probably started with a bit of weight reduction ;)
