I am sure this has come up before ? I thought 12 miles was the record Broomway off Essex coast is in the top contenders |

Either way the north wins as all three of those are in the north of England apparently

I remember first time I rode Rudland Rigg with John Robinson. He said at the start "if you don't want a pee now you will by the time we get to the other end!", how right he was!

As far as i know: 1. Ruddland Rigg 15.95 km / 9.91 miles 2. Morcambe Bay 12.49 km / 7.76 miles* 3. Broomway = 10.17 km /6.31 miles 4. Wayfarer = 9.46 km / 5.87 miles * But has anyone ever ridden it? I know a few people who have done it in 4x4s |

I suspect the longest green road in the UK would be in Scotland. |
