Article was just on BBC North West Tonight, unfortunately I missed all but the last few seconds when Dixon said '......that only after consultation can they remove their rights'. Sounds as if they have made their point or am I putting a suggestion into his words and out of context?!!!!?

Did anybody record the item as it currently is not on iPlayer, perhaps it will be repeated on a later broadcast tonight.
