Dancing ladies ? That could also double as brew fetchers so we don't have to leave the stand....

Thanks for your contributions.

I can confirm that the TRF stand volunteers are incentivised to buy and wear TRF items of their choice.

A recommended supplier for suggestions such as name badges would also be appreciated.

Richard - happy to discuss your point and this has a lot of use. A few year back we shared the John Cleese training film on this point.

What we are looking for as a priority is the overall look of the stand, to attract exhibition visitors to the stand in the first place without even speaking a word to them.

See here for some indoor examples http://www.nimlok.co.uk/?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=exhibition_stands

i think Ellison Printing probably do what you are after

This is in addition to the outdoor examples above.

As we are presenting ourselves to the public at exhibitions and shows I think we should be representing the TRF in a more professional manner. At these events a lot of people wear badges; but if we had TRF branded tabards or vests it would immediately identify who was crewing the stand and present ourselves in a standard fashion without the need for individuals to purchase their own items.

Firstly thanks to all for your thoughts on this and in particular to David and Patrick for their immediate offers of involvement on email.

I can assure you that all stand volunteers are valued, thanked and are not expected to be out of pocket financially for volunteering.

I appreciate the point of identifying and possibly training individuals at the TRF stand - and that is either now in hand and not seen as a pressing problem.

If we could return to the original need which is over the overall stand design and in particular for the physical stand itself.

If there is any expertise in stand design and construction can you let TRF Marketing know.
