Keeping your events insured need not be difficult or onerous.
To keep events insured the TRF require the following six key actions
A nominated Event Manager responsible for the event.
Review the TRF Scope of activities document which we send to our insurers- to check you activity is within the scope.
Risk Assessment to include Ride leaders check list, Briefing to include - riders responsibility to stop, Coc LIG and give way to other users.
Sign on sheet so you know who has attended and who has not.
Accident Book to record any injuries.
Director approval for the event (normally given by return email to marketing@trf.org.uk)
