Not the easiest meeting venue last night GRay, really struggled to hear for a lot of stuff. Free food and parking good tho so stick with it.
ANother bit osuccess from last nigh re a query...see attachment....

Now tempted to follow up re progress of getting the boat onto the ground. Gray did say there was new woman in hcc rights of way so perhaps he could give me her contact details.... me man at the meeting said one homeowner had laid roses over half the lane past his house, completely illegally of course... but the sooner we get there the better id say.

Gray can ye post yer hcc contact on here pleas?

My mistake Nick she is Powys countryside officer.Not Herefordshire.

Ahhh well, a useful contact never the less, theres plenty I can be asking her too.... so Herefordshire ROW limps on in the dark ages still I can have fun wav them...
