Post subject: | Sweetlamb weekend 19/20 November 2016 - FULL |
As I enjoyed the riding at Sweetlamb during the regional conference, I've booked a weekend of riding with Adventure Rally Bike on Sat 19th and Sunday 20th November................ Primarily, the weekend has been setup for the Surrey Group - but there are a few places up for grabs and I thought we'd offer these to a wider audience The weekend will go something like this: Friday 18th evening to Sat 9:00am - arrive at Sweetlamb. Sat 09:00am Breakfast Sat 10:00am Split into groups - Big bikes/Smaller bikes and those that want some training and those that don't. Safety briefing. Sat 10:15am till end of day - riding the varied terrain (6600 acres) on offer at Sweetlamb, with guides/instructors. There will be breaks during the day for coffee/lunch etc. Mainly riding though:) Sat evening - Bar-B-Q Sunday 09:00am Breakfast Sunday 10:00am. A day of Trail Riding the green roads local to Llangurig. Guided Sunday, late afternoon - depart for home, tired but smiling! Accm Sweetlamb has a bunkhouse (basic beds, but you'll need sleeping bag/pillow), toilet, shower facilities a small kitchen and lounge area. There is secure parking for bikes on site. For those who like to sleep in their vans, there is plenty of parking close to the bunkhouse. Cost - the weekend will cost £165.00 and this needs to be paid up front to secure a place. For this you get 2 days of guided riding in some fantastic landscapes, 2 days of breakfast, a Bar-B-Q on the Saturday evening and a bed in the bunkhouse. Tea/coffee is included (but you will need to make it yourself). If you want to stay in your van, I'm afraid the cost is the same:(. So, if you fancy a great weekend of riding, in the company of some dodgy southerners, please PM me on here or email me on info@simplytrail.co.uk Thanks Derek |
