I have approached the chair of Essex TRF for a guide but wanted to check if there are any volunteers on the forum willing to guide a group

Its good to say you've done it but is nothing exciting. There are a few byways on the island but we couldn't find them.

Things to check are the tides and if the military are live firing otherwise you wont be coming back
