I like lists, & calendars & charts & maps.......

Objectives -

To bring the riders from various groups around the country to ride together

1 National ride per month (approx.)
1 National Meet per year

Here is a 1st draft of a National Rides & Meets programme for 2014.

Comments suggestions and omissions welcome.

How does one view the attachment with tapatalk?.

Likewise malton, and no need to be sorry.

Have you touched the photo to zoom it? (And/or bring the screen closer to your eye ?)

I liked the earlier thread on positivity

Happy to debate this (on a new thread) but how would we do this?

I have already (assertively) proposed this to new groups and they say no!

A group recently launched their own forum against my advice - IMHO simply because they want their own .

I have concluded this is not an easy or short term win - so happy to drop compulsion (silly idea) for now and work with the groups who are using the TRF forum

Meanwhile we continue to post new important up to date information on the national forum and hope this draws members in

So linking is allowed reporting to local forums is discouraged

Again happy to debate forum policy preferably on another thread

See the attachment ok now mario. Must have just been a poor signal and delay originally.

Not sure about what you are saying on national rides. Do you want everybody to submit their proposed ride to you for inclusion on your spreadsheet? If so my next rideout for Sussex is 19th March.

Thanks Red - I am thinking big here. - national "flagship" rides of 50 to approaching 100 riders possibly over weekends with optional overnights

Eg axe to exe. Wessex wanderer. Isle of Man

How many are you catering for for your sussex ride?

So that's the end of the policy (Code of Conduct) of no more than 6 people on a ride

Haha.
LDTs can cause enough problems once a year.
Mass rides will surely only alienate us even more.
We haven't got enough lanes in Sussex for 50 ;)

How about only communicating via this forum? The 'own forum' brigade would have to at least look at this one.

You wouldn't have 50 riders in the same group we would need 5 or 6 leaders to take small groups out hopefully on differing routes.
