As we rode round a corner we came across an accident scene where at a triangular country junction a car appeared to have taken out a peleton.

Scattered & broken bikes everywhere
Injured cyclists in the road
Cyclists in shock
Driver & passenger in shock
Car had broken windscreen....

Obviously we offered 1st aid help and helped with the traffic management

Tried to observe the 11:00 silence in the midst of the carnage!!

Then to avoid the unnecessary voyeurism Steve Mann advised us to ride on whilst he and a friend stayed back to help till the emergency services arrive.
