Hi All,
I have ridden road bikes for many years and would really like to do some green lane ridding. Before I buy a bike I would like to know if there are any or many routes to ride near Market Harborough, my home toawn? can anyone help me. Also am I right in thinking if I join TRF I can buy pre-marked OS maps detailing BOATS?

Hi Mike
West Anglia is your nearest group (near Wellingborough)they will know where to ride legally in your area you will find their details under groups.
Join the TRF and you will help to keep the rights of way open and meet some good companions to ride with in your are and further afield if you want to.

Welcome Mike
There is plenty or riding around you we often ride out your way via Melton Mowbray then into Northants and Cambs. I think you would be better finding the nearest group off the front page and attend one of their meetings, you are welcome at ours but you would need to transport your bike when we ride out local.
