Post subject:  BMF Show 16th / 17th May - Who is going?
The annual BMF Show at Peterborough is on the 16th / 17th May.

The TRF will have our normal stand at the show.

Who will be coming along ?

Some of us will be staying over on Saturday night. Probably BBQ and a few beers. We will welcome anyone who wishes to join us and we will be pleased to allow you to help on the stand for an hour if you wish. :)

We will look forward to meeting many members and signing up some new ones ;)

Please come along and say hello.

Don't forget your TRF membership and therfore BMF Affilaite membership, entitles you to a discount on the tickets.

as I live in Peterborough hopefully I'll be able to make an appearance :D

will have to check with swmbo to make sure I've not been booked into anything else.

I'll be there all weekend (that should put a few off). I take it you'll need trusty generator etc.? Where are we on the 'man the stand' front?

This year's marquee will be 9mx9m, so there's plenty of room for all :)

Go on then, I'm only twenty minutes down the road so I'll do an hour or two on the stand as well if you want (Sunday). Just let me know this time (I did offer last year but Polly never got back to me, guess you were full up :cry: ).

I have the tickets:
- 14 people,
- 2 vehicles,
- 13 bikes

A bit of a nuisance being restricted to 2 vehicles. I believe we can park outside in the car parks, but we can only use the 2 vehicles and the bikes to tranport the display material to the marquee.

We have plot B2-6 which is near the arena on the north east corner, next to Santa Pod something.

I last went to the BMF show back in 1984. It rained Saturday night, which dampened our enthusiasm considerably. Sunday dawned wet & miserable, so we went home early.
Sort of put me off going all of the way up to Peterborough.
