Hi all,

Just thought I'd say hi, I'm from Ipswich and will soon be picking up an XR400 for a bit of gentle green laning fun. I've very little 'off-road' riding experience, so would be grateful for any words of advice, thanks :-)

Greetings Mark,

Welcome to you from the Manchester Group.

We always give the same basic advice in that you should contact your local Group/s. If you follow this link then it should help provide the contact information that you will require; http://www.trf.org.uk/find-your-regional-group/

Also take a look at the general guide on; http://www.trf.org.uk/where-to-ride/

Somebody local will probably be along soon.

TTFN

Hugh.

Welcome to the TRF,

There is a big riding event going on in Suffolk in a couple of weeks, organised by Colin Pountney. I think it is fully booked up.

Colin will probably be along soon to say hi.

There's some awesome lanes, especially the further west you go.
